Strength Training

The focus is on building individual muscles up in order to make the body stronger as a whole. Each week we target muscle groups that work together synergistically and move to another group the following class. In order to build strength, the body needs to be pushed past perceived limits.

Bootcamp

Functionality is key! The main component to functional movements are having the strength and endurance to move efficiently. This class is ideal for caloric deficits while improving strength and conditioning.

Mobility and flexibility

Flexibility training is a key component for all training programs. The purpose of this class is to correct muscle imbalances, increased range of motion, relieve joint stress and so much more. By participating in this program, individuals can improve quality of life due to more functional movement patterns.

The core is the center of the body where all movement begins! By using an integrated approach, this program can help individuals gain strength, neuromuscular control, power and muscle endurance. The core program is enhanced by including cardio exercises to engage the core and improve cardiovascular endurance. Plus everybody loves a little butt.

Youth Conditioning

This class introduces your child to the fun of exercise as well as kickstarting as healthy future. We will be teaching balance, coordination, strength, agility, endurance and so much more! Our goal is to help promote a happier and healthier lifestyle for your child.

Theme classes

Take a break from the mundane and more traditional classes with one of our theme classes. Each month we will have a one of a kind themed class. A blast from the past with our 80s class, solve a whodunnit through exercise in our murder mystery class or flip off the lights and throw on some glow sticks for our Black Light Bootcamp!
